AVENEW’s legitimate interest in maintaining and retaining its customers and/or users and better meeting their expectations or interests previously expressed, for example: improving the products and/or services offered, managing requests, queries or complaints, offering products similar to those contracted, informing about current promotions and discounts, among others. CURRICULUMS

Purpose: AVENEW provides interested parties with a contact form/email address/online platform where they can send their CVs in order to involve the interested party in the personnel selection processes and thereby analyse the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting a candidate(s) for the position or vacancies of the person in charge. Resumes received through these channels will be deleted in the event that there is no vacancy or there is no active selection process, and the interested party will be informed of this circumstance. If a CV has been received even though there is no active selection process and AVENEW, once it has received and read the CV, intends to keep it because it shows interest in the candidate’s profile, the candidate will be informed of this circumstance, respecting, in any case, the retention periods defined in this section. They may also be incorporated into the HR database. HH.

Legitimation: The legal basis for the processing of personal data contained in CVs is based on the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6.1.b GDPR) or by the consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR)

Duration and retention: The data will be stored in the HR database. HH for the duration of the selection process and, in any case, for a maximum period of 6 months

International data assignments and/or transfers: Data will be transferred to third parties who have access to personal data processed by the data controller in order to comply with the legal obligations applicable to the controller (public authorities) and/or contractual obligations (collaborators with whom the corresponding data processor contracts have been signed). Under no circumstances will international data transfers be carried out except in the cases contemplated in the international transfers section of this Privacy Policy.

Rights: Candidates may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability with respect to their personal data in the manner established in this Privacy Policy.

RECIPIENTS OF ASSIGNMENTS OR INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS.

In general, AVENEW will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly authorised us to do so when using our services and/or products.
